FAQ
- What to wear at the gym and what to bring?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in – a lightweight top made of a breathable material. Use flexible clothes, with elastic waistbands – sweatpants, sport shorts, yoga pants. Bring footwear appropriate for the type of the training you do – for example, running shoes for a treadmill. But the most important thing is for you to be comfortable and safe.
- How many days a week should I go to the gym?
Research shows that the minimum of two times per week for strength training is crucial to maximizing muscle growth. If, for example, you need to slim down, performing some form of physical activity every day or almost every day is a good idea – however, remember to alternate different types of trainings to get the best results.
- What equipment is available at MultiGym?
We have all the equipment you could possibly need to any gym workout. At MultiGym you’ll find treadmills, rowers, steppers, cross trainers, stairmasters, different weight dumbbells, magnetic bikes, benches, free weights, and more. All the equipment for fitness or yoga classes is also provided.
- Is there a sauna or a swimming pool at MultiGym?
We have a professional swimming pool and swimming trainers are available at any time. Apart from that, there is a special area dedicated for an active, healthy rest after the workout, including stretching zones and different types of saunas.
- Is personal trainer service included in the pass price?
There are many professional trainers available at any time in all the areas of MultiGym to advise you regarding the equipment or your training technique. However, the personal trainer service is available only for Members with an Open pass. Our Members with a Basic pass can book personal training service with an extra fee.
