- When and where will the conference take place?
The conference will take place in July 1-3, 2020, in the Brand New Club in Multi Hotel & Conference Center, New York.
- When and where will I be able to pick up my wristband and/or badge?
You can get your wristband and badge at the main Registration Point in the hotel lobby during the conference.
- Is there a cash machine at the venue?
Yes, there are two cash machines, both located on the ground floor. One is near the food and drink area, and the other one is by the main entrance.
- Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, to receive a certificate you should contact us at [email protected] after the conference. The certificate is free for every participant with a two day ticket.
- I can't come to the conference – can I get a refund for my ticket?
You can refund your ticket within 14 days prior to the conference. Contact us at [email protected]. Your payment will be returned within 10 work days.
